SCPLH Refresher Course

All Scottish Personal Licence Holders have a mandatory requirement to refresh their licensing qualification after 5 years from the date their licence was issued. You may complete your refresher training at any point, and submit your completed certificate to Licensing Authorities, ahead of your 5-year anniversary to continue to be a Personal Licence Holder.

Our online training module for the SCPLH-R course revisits the 5 core licensing objectives to ensure you are fully aware of your responsibilities in the dispense of alcohol. An SQA Accredited Personal Licence Holder Handbook is also provided to accompany your refresher training and may be used during the study period, prior to sitting the exam within a Pearson Vue test centre.

On successful completion of the qualification, candidates will be issued with an accredited certificate which should be submitted to local authorities.

Our SCPLH-R training module is fully accredited by the SQA and meets the statutory requirements as set out in the Licencing Scotland Act (2005).
