Your PLH Examination

The PLH Online Personal Licence Holder exam is sat online in a Pearson VUE test centre.

Pearson VUE are the world's leading computer-based testing company and have the largest network of owned test centres in the UK. Pearson VUE provide learners with a secure testing environment and are best known to the public as the hosts of the DVLA Driving Theory Test. 80% of the population (either at home or work) are no more than 20 miles away from their nearest test centre.

Please note to sit your exam you will be required to present a current valid passport of a current valid UK photocard driving licence (full or provisional) at the test centre reception.

To ensure your preferred date to sit your exam we strongly advise that you book with Pearson VUE as soon as possible.

You may reschedule your test without any charge up to 24 hours prior to the date booked.  If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your exam then you will need to schedule a new date and time and there will be a charge of £30 +VAT.

Your certificate

Your certificate is sent by SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority) and takes approximately 2 weeks to arrive. PLH Online cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely situation of a delay. If you have strict deadlines to meet for a Licence application then we advise you to allow sufficient time.
