SCPLH Training Scotland
The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 sets out the legislation and law relating to the sale of alcohol in Scotland. The Scottish Government concluded that this legislation would be steered by five core objectives:
- Preventing Crime and Disorder
- Securing Public Safety
- Preventing Public Nuisance
- Protecting Children from Harm
- Protecting and Improving Public Health
As a manager in the licensed trade you are required to understand these objectives and be fully aware of your legal and social responsibilites in the supply and dispense of alcohol. Our modules comprehensively cover everything your need to know to gain an accredited SCPLH certificate.
