APLH Training England & Wales

The Licensing Act 2003 saw the introduction of a single intergrated system in England and Wales to regulate the sale and supply of alcohol, the provision of entertainment to the public and the provision of late night refreshment. The principles of the licensing law in England and Wales are covered under these four licensing objectives:

  • The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
  • Public Safety
  • The Prevention of Public Nuisance
  • The Protection of Children from Harm

Under the Act any sale of alcohol must be made or authorised by a personal licence holder who must hold a relevant accredited qualification. Our modules comprehensively cover everything your need to know to gain an accredited APLH certificate
