Q. How do I give my employees/learners access to the training & the APLH (former NCPLH) or SCPLH exams?
Once you have purchased you will be able to define who is to do the training and exams via the ‘my account' page. Once you have added the learners they will be emailed full instructions on how to do the training. SCPLH candidates will be posted the handbook, APLH candidates will receive instructions on how to download it and print it off.
If the learner does not have an email address you will be able to print off the instructions for them.
Q. Once I have set-up a learner, can I change the person who the training module or APLH/NCPLH exam is for?
Once you have set-up the learner you cannot change the individuals information. Once entered the licence holder exam will be locked for that person only.
Q. What will I need to do?
You need to enter the individuals information via the ‘my account' page. Once entered the learner will be sent all the information to perform the training and exam. You will be able to review the learners information and see if they have begun the training or not.
Q. I need to train a lot of people: can I arrange to pay on invoice?

Q. Is there any government funding available to pay for Personal Licence Holder training?
Yes, for those resident in Scotland there is a government funding program called ILA (Individual Learning Account) Scotland which is available to those earning under £22k per year or on benefits. This funding covers the whole cost of SCPLH Personal Licence Holder training and is not a loan - you don't have to pay it back!
