About PLH Online
PLH Online has been developed as a cost-efficient, practical and manageable licensing training programme by Montpeliers (Edinburgh) Ltd., an independent company with extensive knowledge of staff and management training for the UK licensed trade.
Over the past decade, we have gone from strength to strength and won countless awards for outstanding service, quality and operational expertise within the hospitality industry. Recognising the importance of successful staff development, Montpeliers (Edinburgh) Ltd created a pioneering, SQA approved, hospitality training centre - working in conjunction with such leading companies as Belhaven and Greene King, as well as many other multiple and independent operators delivering SVQ Hospitality Modern Apprenticeships.
Online Hospitality Training
More recently we unveiled our innovative FLOW hospitality training package, a series of online modules covering all the areas required to give staff an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, from customer service skills to cocktail making and health and safety.
Our expertise in hospitality training has led to PLH Online being formally accredited by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA).
Given that traditional 'face to face' staff training can be costly and time consuming for employers, we have combined our experience and knowledge to develop our online hospitality training modules as an effective alternative to traditional training methods.
